Staff were very friendly and efficient - not a high end hotel but clean and central for a good mid-range price. Great view from the restaurant upstairs. friendly and helpful staff quiet close to most attractions - can even walk to city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. I siscovered the fridge not working when I retrieve the can drinks stored since the night before. I called front desk asking for ice cube while complaint the fridge not functioning. The front desk iffer to change the fridge but wanted to charge me for the ice cube.. I request to see the hotel manager, he came and apologies for the inconvenient together with free ice cube!!! That is customer Care!!!. Great view of Shwedagon pagoda from the hotel restaurant, centrally located and no problems getting cabs through front desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Big room, comfortable bed, located outside if busy downtown. The internet is good, for Myanmar. Staff very friendly. It's next to the big Temple. Clean. Price. toilet set up; separate standing shower. Beds were hard and the bathroom very outdated. internet very poor hotel located at the end of not very clean road. Shower area needs to be upgraded. The safe deposit box was placed in a visible place and it was not fixed to the wall and easily re movable. The price is bit too high. My value 70 us$. Lightings in the rooms not bright enough. Limited items for breakfast. Poor quality toiletries. noisy in night time ( dog bark and car beep ). Too highly priced for facilities. Smell. Rather spartan and simple furnishing. Bathroom amenities can be improved. The toilet could be better equipped and more practical. A little old style. The beds were very hard. Taxis do not know this hotel Staff/concierge speak very little English Staff is NO help in finding restaraunts, travel agent, bars. It's a problem cause taxi drivers speak no English, so it's difficult to travel from this hotel. Location looks a bit off the main road. There is nothing outside. It's locate in the side street and not close to the city. I would say it is very expensive for the quality of the hotel. But all the hotels in Yangon are extremely expensive. Location. there is toilet smell in the room which means cleaning of toilet not thorough enough.
