  The location is quite central if you are on a business trip, the staff very nice and cooperative, the breakfast rich and generous, the beds comfortable and clean and the internet works very well.   The hotel is in a quiet but I believe basically safe though somewhat dilapidated neighborhood. That said, the hotel itself is as charming a place as you can imagine. Our room had a large terrace overlooking a small but lovely garden with a tile inlay pool. Overall, We enjoyed this hotel more than almost any other we have come across in all our t - We loved our stay here. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the host with the present of a free upgrade to the best room in the house. The ambiance is relaxed and sophisticated, and the house is absolutely beautiful and perhaps in the best location of Tangier. We love it.

  We found one of the reception-foyer staff so helpful. He carried our four cases to our 3 separate rooms; helped me park and exit my large car in the small hotel garage;advised us on shopping and places of interest;arranged a surprise taxi tour of Tangier and surrounding area, all without holding his hand out for payment. Unfortunately I do not ha... what people say » ve this gentleman's name to acknowledge him properly, but he is constantly on duty, so cannot be missed. Central position. Clean rooms. Tasty dinners. - Mustafa at front desk was incredibly helpful overall, especially re: my luggage which didn't arrive on my flight into Casblanca before we took train to Tangier. He helped suggest where to buy some clothes, helped with phone calls to the airlines and shared other tips to help. The location made our daily walks to the Medina and other highlights easy, and the room was very comfortable at a great price.

  Arguably one of the best hotels hotels I have ever stayed at with the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The staff was BEYOND helpful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They even had a driver for hire, Khalid, who was truly an amazing person. The rooms were always spotless and cleaned every day. Our clothes were folded and they even was - I have been to many places in different countries. Mnar Castle is one of the very good choices. The room was big, with two bathrooms and all the little things that make tourists happy (robes, slippers, body lotion, etc.) Very fancy hotel! The breakfast was okay. The hotel is next to the beach and has a swimming pool. That part of the beach is not very clean though.
