    This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team.     I loved that the riad was nicely recovered, tastefully aranged, the staff was always ready to help and always with a smile.     Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... what people say » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

    We've been in Germany for 1 1/2 yrs and this was one of the best weekend trips we've taken! The Riad was beautiful! The owners fabulous and the manager Dahan was amazing. He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining! Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.
