The staff were welcoming and friendly and were always ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble - a real 'family' feel to the hotel, although they have 10 rooms I think. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with a real eye for detail. Location is excellent - very close to the gates so you don't have to carry your bags far. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was fabulous...so close to the main square and access to the medina. The riad is decorated beautifully.
