  Riad Rafaele was the oasis we were looking for after a long drive back to Marrakech. Didier gave us a phenomenal welcome and an excellent recommendation for dinner. Our room was Suite Rafele which was very roomy and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were great too, and one of those things that varies a lot across riads. Many of the riads we had stayed at we - A beautiful, romantic place to stay, just 10 minutes walk from Jan Fna and the wonderful souks of Marrakech. The rose pettles scattered on the bed, a relaxing hamam and pretty mosaic pool really made this place number one! Also the staff are so warm and friendly and the evening meal was delicious! I would highly recommend this fantastic Riad!

Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.   Amazing staff - extremely accommodating. Gave extra late checkout as our flight was at 8pm. Very family friendly - my 1.5 years old son thoroughly enjoyed the staff's accompany. Beautiful location and balcony-rooms - overlooks ice mountains. Very clean hotel - truly 5* - Beautyfull garden, nice room interior. Superior breakfast and lunch.

It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.
