Hospitality customized to guests needs; the facility itself and the place in the city where it is situated. Beautiful place, very kind and professional owners and staff - definitely recommend.The hotel staff was extremely nice especially the women. The couple who owned it and their staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very, very sweet with our two young children too and had a bed and bedding in the room for our youngest when we arrived. The location is great and the walk through the souqs up to Fna is fantastic - one of the most memorable parts of the trip!.
