Staff are very friendly and helpful which made us feel like home. In the first few days, we are the only customers so it felt like being served in our own riat which is really nice. When we were away for trips, they are flexible and prepared breakfast earlier just for us. Breakfast is continental style but staff change the style of hot pancake everyday which is nice. The staff decorated our room with fresh flowers and rose petals. Location of the riat is very central but you have to walk throu.

The staff and the owners are really awesome, they take care of us we felt like kings, they guide us around the city and meek us discover some unknown places. Homemade food to try absolutely. This is the place to be!!!. Clean, friendly and very helpful staff, it was quiet so perfect for relaxing on the roof top to catch some sun and read a book, good location to walk around the old city, for a basic riad it was great!. - helpful and friendly staff -very good breakfast on the lovely terrace -relaxing and chill out environment -centrally located (close to the main square). Riad is in the Medina within walking distance to the Place Jemaa el-Fna. And the Riad has got a lovely roof view. Very friendly staff,excellent breakfast,good chilling out in the swimming pool. Air con in the room. The staff at the Riad are lovely, breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff is kind and friendly!. Staff speak very limited English. Unless you can speak French, it's very difficult to have conversation and ask for help. There is smell of gas in the riat but not in the room. But I noticed the smell in other riats too. Also the bathroom has minor unpleasant sewage smell but not in the rest of the room. As the location is right in the centre of Medina, you need to be prepared to walk through busy dirty streets which is quite normal for developing countries. breakfast could have wider variety - most days we just had different types of bread. -nothing. Room was small but we were on a budget and spent most of our time outdoors! So not a big deal. Some rooms have no windows and the air-conditioner doesn't work (it does exist though). Breakfast is quite poor. It cant be located properly by google maps. Our room didn't have the window,the riad is not close to the city center. The room was a bit dusty and could have been cleaner. Also it was very dark with no window and poor light fittings. Without a guide we would never have found the riad as it is located down a small alley, turning off of a slightly larger alley which turns off a street and there are no signs. Very difficult to find, there are indications for the riad!.
