The saff, very warm and available for every request we had.
Food is great in here, we had also a cooking lesson with the staff and then we ate our food.
The location is 5min walk for Djamaa el Fna square, in a real quiet road.
Lights are up during the night and we didn't felt in danger even when walking back to the riad at night.

Christelle and Abes are fantastic- they really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay in Marrakech. We had them arrange the airport transfer, arranged a great day-trip through the riad, ate dinner there the night of our stay- (which was the best meal out of our trip, fantastic food) and Christelle arranged reservations at a great restaurant for us. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.
