  One of our very best hotel experiences ever, absolutely great and kind staff made the service most personal (we knew almost the entire staff on a first name basis). Like staying as a guest at your best friends home, but much better! Always available, always helpful, never intrusive - perfect! We also enjoyed a wonderful hamman - I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him credit here.. I really loved

  Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars! It's the little things in this riad that m - Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week.   Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... what people say » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.
