  The service is impeccable. They greet you with respect and care from the moment you arrive and they take care of you every day. The restaurant has the same level of service and kindness. I felt home here very quickly thanks to the staff. We stayed in the madada room with the private terrace which was lovely for having breakfast on and the large bath was luxury .

  Casa Lila is amazing! It felt like a real treat. They upgraded us to a bigger room at no charge, and the Rose suite was phenomenal! I loved the bright colors and the design of Casa Lila, and how it felt both old/antique and new/modern at the same time. In the room was the most amazing bath, part of the old Hammam, we were told. The room was spacio... what people say » us and so very comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was a treat too. The staff was super friendly and helpful, booking us a last minute hammam and massa - The reception staff was very helpful providing a map and locations with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was served by a calming and attentive member of staff and varied each morning. Our suite on the second floor was spacious and quiet. Located in the Medina this riad is close to everything. The terrace area was good for sunbathing and there were loungers on another floor too. Plenty of places to sit comfortably within the riad.

If we go back to Essaouira, no doubt it will be in this hotel. - The staff was always willing to give us the little extras that make you feel special. The kitchen was delicious evening time and so the breakfast setting at the pool. Great comfort and a very special quite and relaxing resort inside the medina.

  The only place where the rooms look amazing on the photographs, with rose pedals on the bed and all and that actually live up to that. The location i - After realy bad experience in Marrakesh this Riad was the best thing in our trip. Very good located, nerby parking (It is not allowed drive into Medina). The Riad adorably decorated inside, very clean. Beautifull rooms with stylistic furniture. We've got a 'sweet' room with huge bath in the bathroom. Delicious breakfast every morning with fresh baguettes. The owners of Riad are realy nice, funny and friendly.I spent with my wife and friends unforgettable vacation and we recommend Riad Akiba for
