-free wifi -close to Casa Voyageurs, the train station -close to supermarkets

-the hot water was not running -the air conditioning was not running -at 5AM they started the service at the mosque near the hotel and we couldn't sleep anylonger

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Free Wifi in the loby. It's a great budget hotel. It is also close to the Casa Voyagers train station where you get the train to/from the airport. Very convienent.

some of the personal were very kind and helpfull . some just done their job; I had A feeling like bothering them...

had A room.with cold floors, not even one rug near the bed... A balcony like in A prison, tall walls all around, could hardly see only some sky. this depresed me.

Location, fairly easy to get settled. Free wifi?? A pretty decent washroom and decent sized room.

Indifferent staff. Not terrible, but not terribly helpful either. At any rate, it was just a place to rest our heads before we left for our flight at 5 am. The hotel staff arranged a taxi, so that was nice.

Extremely helpful staff, the lady in the reception always smiles and have a solution to everything...thely almost find me english language newspapers...

Spacious room, good and cheap food in the area,

Dangerous area, especially during the night, lot of beggars, used and old rooms, poor breakfast, airport transfer 250 dirham

I am afraid nothing liked.

- worth ONE star only in general - Very very poor breakfast; only olives, one kind of jam, butter and bread!?? NO cheese, eggs, juice, salami deserts at all - needs a lot of renovations, poor furniture - not recommended at all

There really isn't any good points to Casablanca.

Not a place a I would visit again. The Casablania Hotel is just awful. The staff are very indifferent to guests. Location is in a "seedy" part of town. It really wasn't worth the money we paid for it. We used the parking facility, there was no lighting and trying to park in the dark was difficult along with a very low ceiling.
