I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!).
The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

Excellent and extremely attentive and courteous service. On site director most efficient and showing friendly professionalism at a high level. Design exceptional. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.
