I really liked this hotel lovely pool area and the staff are very nice especially Hafrida the receptionist who has excellent english and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast is small but adequate: Excellent value for money. The pool was really nice, big and clean with nice chairs. It was also close to both beach and town. The staff was really friendly and organized a taxi for us to the airport which was there waiting for us on time.

The hotel was within walking distance to the beach. Located neer the beach. I didn't like anything. Considering the the price range nothing to dislike. Loud music at the pool all day long but I think that's what you do in agadir... Also loud music all night from surrounding bars/hotels so it was hard to sleep. Well, bathroom should be cleaner. No electricity during the day may be irritating. the breakfast, it was a typical English breakfast it would be nice if the breakfast was a typical Moroccan breakfast as the hotel was in Moroccan. Breakfast - it was stale and not fresh enough. i did not realize/know about the onsite nightclub which went on till 4/5 am; moved rooms 3 times - thanks to hafrida - to get as far away as possible from the noise. the hotel was showing its age i.e. poor condition of decor/furniture/ fittings etc. the electricity and water went off every damn morning in addition to the ongoing maintenance work during the daytime. Very noisy at night. There was no water working in the shower when we arrived. Then there're was no hot water in the morning. Rooms were very basic. the room is standard but comfort. I stayed in the room where the door is broken :(. rooms sometimes not cleaned every day. sleep disturbed by mosquitoes. Cockroaches seen in the bathroom. No card reader at the reception and you pay in cash only. Power cut for good time in the afternoon. WARNING: this hotel shuts down ALL of it's electricity, Wifi, and hot water EVERY afternoon AND in the early dark hours of the morning! There is a sign near reception stating this. Very poor in facilities and comfort. Everything was bad and poor. the staff does not speak a single word of english! and doesnt even bother making an effort to comunicate: if you dont speak arab or french, they just dont care... very rude! no wi fi in the room, only in the common area. Not electric power not safe box we ask for safe box every single member of staff said give your money to me I keep it for you , Not good at all wasting money.
