Comfortable beds, flushing toilet, WiFi in the room. The receptionist who spoke English was very friendly and helpful. Also liked having a hot water maker in the room. It was luxury after a 14-day driving tour of Gobi. Prior to arrival the staff were speedy and helpful when responding to emails. They organised an airport pick up and were extremely helpful during check in and check out.

The room had a lot of 'character' and was very spacious and comfortable. quick early check-in. everything. We have stayed in three different rooms in this hotel so far. Staff is very friendly and speaks some English which is pretty rare here. It was possible to park motorbikes in a safe locked yard behind the building. Wi-fi is really good. Clean, comfy beds. In general we're really happy to be able to stay here, there are so many things one can worry about in ub, but this hotel delivers all essentials, we only had very minor problems. Good size room, free Internet in room,good breakfast. Low Cost and clean for the money. Location. It is in the center of the downtown. Spacius room. Finding a used condom on the rug, and no hot water, although cold water showers are better than none at all!. The room was outdated but still roomy and extremely comfortable. It was a bit noisy while trying to sleep at night due to loud music but I'm not sure if it was coming from the hotel or nearby. Despite the fact we asked for mountain view, we were facing another building with no view (and that was 3rd floor). The karaoke downstair was a bit noisy, but in fairness it was bearable and it stopped and a decent time. Breakfast sausages taste terrible. When asked to organize a taxi, one one occasion the staff called a 'private' taxi which has charged us a multiple of what a regular taxi would cost. No telephones in rooms. No elevator to 4th floor rooms. There are periods with no hot water. Had to ask room to be cleaned at arrival on one occasion. Also on one occasion they forgot to serve a drink with breakfast which is technically included. Outside noise. Only changed bedding and towels once in 5 days. Little Language other than Mongol. everything was broken in the room: tap, tv, no toilet paper. And it took 4 hours of constant complains to fix- they kept say it will be done in the minute and left. So you must be harsh on them to have something done. Unfriendly staff, Dirty bath rooms with leakage, Breakfast cheaters, and no electrical fitting working (lights, TV or the AC). Incompetent staff at hotel and restaurant.Bad advicies to take taxis hotel wich is 2x the normal price. Kid sick after eating at the hotel restaurant. water facilities in bad state, mini bar empty , room not cleaned, bed lights not fonctional. Reception tryed to charge me things from the mini-bar i did not consume.1rst price of poorest hotel i ever been (visited 62 countryes).
