We have been there fot four nights.
This hotel set a high bar for hotels and service in mexico, in our expirience. The staff was super kind and nice, the room was big and clean, the location was good and within 5-10 minutes from all the restaurants and the center of town. We highly recommend staying there!!

Hotel is located just 5 minutes walking from Zocalo and main streets.
Rooms are nice and clean, sometimes it's getting cold at nights so you can easily ask to bring more blankets.
Stuff is great and english speaking. They helped us with all our questions. Also they have their own laundry service.
Wifi was available in room.

Everyone on their staff was friendly and very helpful. We had car problems while there and could not have solved them without their help. They made calls for us and found a mechanic to fix it, the location is perfect, near the artesanias and the pedestrian walk but quiet at night. -
