This was such a wonderful resort. The best bang for your buck in Rocky Point. It was very safe and comfortable and the staff are bilingual and absolutely delightful! We ate the morning buffet 2 days and it was good but the same thing each day. There was a good variety of Mexican morning favorites which quite differ from the American breakfast. It was a little pricey I thought for Mexico ($10). I traveled with 6 of my friends, all Hispanic (I was the only Gringo) and they really enjoyed it. As I.
all reviews » The front desk's staff flexibility to accommodate my miss booked reservation; Viridiana was able to quickly give us a room despite us been supposed to arrive a day later. The security guards were immensely helpful when it came to keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. They went above and beyond their duties by keeping the pool enjoyers and the pool area safe. The cost of everything in the surrounding area. Roomshave attired look to them. Need fresh paint. Poor staff service, door locks did not work, air conditioning was not working, no Internet in the room, had to sit in the hall to get a signal. The beds were hard and uncomfortable :(. smelly hallways inside.. Lack of hot water. Limited facilities given distance from town. High prices and outdated rooms. Serious disrepair. Broken cabinatry throughout. Coffee machine in lobby to small and poorly attend. Had to stand in line with employees to get served. Poor lighting in room. Only one curtain to block sun but none for privacy. Elevator filthy. beds to hard bath room dirty stuff on walls looked like food that has been there for a long time. Noisy due to families at pool facilities with no control from management , ask management to lower music played by some people but did not get results. Asked for a room away from the pool but they gave me a room higher up with the same pool proximity. I didn't like that I couldn't get a refund on my money for not staying the whole entire days I had planned when I booked. I only was given a credit so if I returned. Bed bugs, no towels, desk clerk was rude, bathroom was loose, nothing as described in the reservation site, a/c did not work. No coffee was offered as in website, everything. evrey thing bad tis wasit the mony.
