The hotel was more like a B&B than a hotel. It has none of the
amenities of a hotel but is very charming, filled with Mexican antiques,
each room is spacious, decorated differently and very comfortable...just
what we wanted!!! The modern minimal look is a dime a dozen these days
and this hotel seemed almost like a museum, it was filled with works of
art and antique furniture. The staff were extremely friendly and
hospitable, giving us a lot of suggestions, such as where to eat, what
to see,. all reviews »
Marimar, who works in reception, was very friendly and professional. The staff was very nice and attentive. Our room was beautifully furnished and had a very nice bathroom as well.
I loved the beautiful house converted in to a hotel. Very good
staff, helpful and friendly, nice atmosphere and so close to the
centre of Puebla.
The rooms were well appointed and spacious.
There was no air conditioning and it is hot in Puebla!!! If we opened
the windows at night, the noise on the streets kept us awake.
Norhing. Everything was great! :-).
I liked almost everything although the lack of an elevator made it
difficult for disabled people, but I understand that in such a listed
building it wouldnt be possible to install one.
Young staff, seemed to lack the training or experience for a hotel of that price level.
