Important information to guests

If a deposit cannot be charged to a guest's credit card, the property will call the guest directly to confirm the credit card information. Otherwise, the deposit may be charged upon check-in. Shuttle service between sister properties of Palace resort is not included. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
