A mandatory damage deposit of USD 49 will be charged and will not be refunded. This deposit will cover up to USD 500 of unintentional damage made to the property. Check-in and check-out take place at The Bric Hotel, located on Calle 28, between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue. Check-in is possible 08:00 to 20:00, and guests arriving between these hours will receive the keys and check-in materials. If guests arrive after 20:00, security personnel will be waiting for them with an envelope containing a map and the keys. A mobile phone and charger will also be left for you in the apartment. Staff from Bric will then meet you or schedule a meeting for the next day to welcome you. Please inform Playa Kaan by BRIC in advance of your expected arrival time.
