A mandatory security deposit of USD 49 is required upon arrival and will not be refunded. It will cover for any unintentional damages made to the property up to a USD 500 value. Check-in and check-out takes place from 08:00 to 20:00 at The Bric Hotel, located on Calle 28, between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue. If you arrive between these hours, you will receive the keys and check-in materials and will then be driven to the property. If you arrive after 20:00, security personnel will be waiting for you with an envelope including a map, the keys and a mobile phone with its charger. The property will be expecting your call to confirm your arrival. Staff from Bric will then meet you or schedule a meeting for the next day to welcome the guest and review details of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
