The entire place is very well designed and pleasant all around. Hotel is very good located and quite, even in few steps from main street and night life points. Very nice beach!. They did not have my booking when we arrived and for the first time, I had a very poor and frustrating experience using letsbookhotel.com. I have been dealing with you for years and did not expect such poor service. My girlfriend travelled for over 26 hours from Estonia to Playa del Carmen and she had to wait 2.5 hours to be able to get a room to rest. I cannot trust your site anymore to book my international trips.
