Great minimal design, large clean spacious rooms with tv and balcony . Cute pool, cool outdoor lounge area . Cool music playing throughout hotel Friendly helpful staff, best location in town on famous fifth ave. No wifi in rooms but available in lobby or just outside room. Breakfast was basic but Starbucks is one block away Not on the beach but beach is one block walk Saw about 10 hotels myself deseo is by far the best and most modern , if you don't stay on the two 5 star resorts in playa del carmen.
