The Family room is a great concept and worked great for us. We did not
need to book and pay for two rooms as we would have at other hotels.
Although the staff spoke little English, they tried hard and at one
point they called someone they knew could answer our sight-seeing

first of all location is great, 5 minutes walk from subway Bella artes station or Allende station and same 5 to 10 minutes walk to the zocalo plaza , if historic center is yr destination then here is the best place, close enough to the attraction but in a very quite place not like the other. Overall it was a great stay...it was a spacious and comfortable room
with nice fresh air flowing through the room because right when you
walked out of the room there was a staircase to the roof with a lounge
area on the 3rd floor where we stayed (don't worry there is an
elevator and only 3 floors high)..so it was half roofed and half
open...a nice

The room was spacious and clean and overlooking an inner courtyard
making it quiet and peaceful in bustling, noisy Mexico City. Staff
friendly and extremely helpful about directions to places we wanted to
go. (One of us is fluent in Spanish.) Restaurants and good street food
nearby. A 15 minute walk to the Zocolo. This was our second stay, and we
would stay here again.
