The staff and owner are very personable, down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you ask them a question they will help you. Everyone speaks perfect English and they're all very well educated. Very good budget hostel with well, reasonably clean and remarkably well equipped rooms (first time areading light after more than two weeks in Mexico). Cental location near Hidalgo metro - actually I preferred this location over another overpriced hostel I stayed in near the zocalo.

Everything! It is super nice there, not too big, staff are lovely and helpful. It is in my top ten of hostels ever and I've been away from home for 5 years.... great value for money
