  I chose this Hotel because I wanted to stay at a historical -looking place. It was just what I expected. The interior is beautiful. I really liked the high ceilings. I requested a room with a balcony and got it no problem. The room was huge and bath was spacious. Staff was helpful. With gym, pool, restaurant and bar onsite I could of spent my whol... what people say » e day there. The location was perfect walking distance to most points of interest. At check out staff helped us out with a map and directions to where - Everything about this hotel was done well...the decor is outstanding, and everything was beautifully maintained. Lots of atmosphere, including the pleasant sounds of he fountain in the lobby atrium and soft piano music (live!) even at breakfast. Very good breakfast buffet and menu, and delicious dinner...even vegetarian.

  We loved the grandness of the hotel. It is old but welll maintained. The location is a short walk to the busses and city centre...restaurants, churches, etc. The restaurant is the best..even if they are not officially open, the girls will make you a sandwich or salad. - i have stayed here many times, so much so that i now have a favourite room... what people say » tho i have not tried them all. it is friendly, close to the main plaza and i love that their is reasonable and very good. i recommend it highly.
