The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. For our personal interests, it was a little farther off the beaten path, than we preferred. The bed is very hard. Not comfortable!!! The TV goes in and out and the internet is not great. rooms facing the street are noisy - ear plugs essential. A/C and Internet.
