Location is excellent, situated just a few blocks from Zócalo or Main Square and other attractions. A very nice Hotel boutique with a nice and contemporary non-folk decoration. The staff is good as well. -

sorted in five minutes. We also ate in the restaurant, which was good

The Staff, They went out of their way to make us happy.
The location, everything you want to see is less than five minutes from this place, but the building has good walls and windows so doesn't let the street noise in.
The bathroom, our shower was huge.
The food is good and filling and the interior design is beautiful.

The staff were fabulous! Particularly the housekeeping staff (Isabel) and all of the waitstaff in the restaurant. The daytime woman at the desk was fabulous... I didn't get her name, unfortunately. Location near Alcala, Zocalo and mercrados (3) was very accessible. Room amenities were very nice. Hotel staff, restaurant and esthetics were very nice.
