We came early and the front desk staff allowed us to check-in 2hrs before the normal time as soon as the room was vacant. It's really great since we are very tired from our long bus travel. The room we took is the seaside and the view was great. It's also an advantage that it is along the beach so no need to cross the street to go there and after going to the beach you can go straight to the swimming pool. The location is fine. It's hard to get taxi but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Great breakfast variety. Staff was always pleasant and helpful on all shifts. It was nice to have water sports available! Very neat and well kept up grounds! Would love to stay there again if and when Penang is in my plans!. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. A few of the staffs worth mentioning for their excellent customer service is Duty Manager, En. Hairi and Mr Lim and Jackson from the Front Office. They have made my stay worthwhile. The hotel, was ideally situated for my requirements, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was average.Basicaly I enjoyed myself at the hotel, and considered it value for money other than a few minor inconviencies. I had 2 rooms suite, and it was really amazing to have that suite with 3 sides view for the sea and mountin, food was fair and the hotel is direct to the beach side, some water sports actitvies are available. Well received, parking lots made availiable on arrival and best of All our rooms are well prepared in advance so my colleagues can straight away checked into our rooms after a long hard ride. We really liked the hotel! The staf was very friendly and nice. We also liked the pool and the beach. The restaurant had good food and many dishes to choose. Over all a very good holiday!. We like the hospitality of the staffs and the speedy response from the technician group. We had some hot water issues and was solved asap. location right on the beach local transport very good hotel also has a curtsy bus to the shopping mall & the night markets ,,,,,. The elevetor was not working at one point.when it was working it took forever to reach your floor. Could do a little better with the morning buffet menu. Some of the items have gone cold. Car park facilities. I felt that check in n check out counter quite slow since the hotel separate the counter not like other hotel.if they want to separate the counter should add more counter to fasten the process.
