Reception Staff on arrival and departure were friendly and competent. They asked if we were like an upgrade at no extra charge. We naturally said Yes and were delighted to be shown to a wonderful suite of rooms with an ensuite plus another separate toilet and hand basin. We had drinks and dinner in our room where service was excellent. Our taxi did not turn up, although ordered in advance to take us to the airport. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva.
all reviews » This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating. Located about 10 km from klia. The hotel is big, largely serves airline personnel and people who are arriving, transitting and leaving klia. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive. All my needs were met promptly and accurately. I experienced no trouble checking in. Overall, an excellent stay!. Fine staff handling incoming urgent medicine shipment, and always most cordial. Efficient coordination of shuttles to Formula 1 event 1/2 hour away. Tranpsort costs high between hotel and LCCT and/or KLIA. Difficult to travel into the city as there are no taxis at nearest railway station for return to hotel. The room that I get confirmation id double bed, but end up I get 2 single bed. the TV is old type and not working properly the facilities in the room is not as the name of the hotel (old and need to change) Parking not enough soraunded with cramp area. And all that even though I had made phone calls from Indonesia, where I came from, and sent e-mails. On the positive side, the hotel's management provided me with free airport drop the day after. However, I had to negotiate again, because I needed to go to KLIA whereas airport drop would have been free only to to LCCT. The area it is located, could not get connecting rooms. Leaking toilet. Cold, uncontrollable Aircon. Thin blankets on bed with cold Aircon made very uncomfortable sleeping. Nothing around the hotel. Not much in surrounding area. Decor. very noisy area. It's a transit hotel. Far from KL city. Situated far away from any shopping centres or town. Basically its in a village. Because we were just waiting for our next flight we stay all the time in the hotel, so we wnat to go to the pool, it was close, the gym too and anyway is terrible, the TV channels only 4 and very bad ones. The neghborhood not so good either . Over budget, not worth the price paid. Hotel was rather run down, smelly & out of city town area. However, surround vicinity provided the traveller with many useful shops. choice of breakfast. Limited menu but still fair. Quite noisy from outside.. Main problem was a shuttle bus.. The hotel did't has any transportation from intern. airport and I tooked the taxi to the hotel. At my departure day I was at exactly time on reception (I booked the taxi at 11. 30 am ) but the driver tooked another passenger and kick me out.. Was waiting for a 25min for next one. I'm almost missted my fly to Thailand. Only one soap is provided. No other amenities. Noisy surrounding at night. Since the lane and small and park other car in the street, big tour bus must stop at far place from hotel and carry all the bags by ourselves. Very expensive taxi service from the hotel. Rm60 to klia is ridiculous! They have shuttle to lcct but not to klia. Why not? 2. Room was low quality. No AC control. One ceiling light wouldn't turn off. Loud noises from next rooms. 3. Low quality restaurant. Ordered room service. Low food quality. Could eat only about half of it. 4. All of that for over RM300 is very poor value for cost. 5. Never stay there again. Toilet didn't work.NO Wi-fi at all.air conditioning didn't twork properly either.Not worth this money.Sorry. the air-conditioner is centralized with other rooms...we are not at 80's.... breakfast stiff mattress. We booked a room for 3, but only 2 breakfasts included. The location of the hotel is out of place.
