i like to thank the management of the hotel given me better room and value for money but not at the location requested eventhough the call made to inform that late arrival. our purpose to stay near to university for easy registration. however, we noted that the hotel is responsible toward the clients.thank you. The hotel staff is friendly especially we would like to thank the Operation Manager Mr. Allan for his help in giving drop-off and pick-up rides from Danga Bay, Legoland and Senaa Airport. He is friendly and remains in our heart forever.

Superb accessibility to UTM: Less than 5 minutes drive to main gate. Ample parking space. Near to many restaurants, stationery and computer supply shops. cheap, food around, quiet location. Affordable. 1. The concept of having family room for 4 pax. friendly staff, very helpful. none. I really hope that next time the hotel will meet the promise as per the booking, unless something that you cant avoid due to reasonable reason. thanks. It is ok not to provide with the coffee / tea / sugar etcs. Would be good to have electric kettle and cups / glasses. Room was too small. Not as clean as expected. Water supply disruption. Room is not well-lit. quite far from bandar johorbaru, far enough from legoland. Most of them. so very2 far from the city of JB... 1. Very dirty, the cupboard c/w some unknown underwears. 2. The bed head board are full of dust, I have to clean up the dust by myself. 3. The bathroom bi-fold door falling apart. 4. The bathroom is too small, the position of the water closet is a total failure. 5. Hanging facility in the bathroom is really poor & again the positioning is a failure. The hook should be by the side of the bi-fold door, but not above the water closet. bathroom sink leaks very badly on the floor, there was no remote control for the air-conditioning, no way of controlling it and was very hard to reach to turn off mosquito and flies all over my face while sleeping, woke up with several mosquito bites I checked out after the first night, couldn't continue to my other two nights!. 1. Internet not available at 1st floor 2. No water 3. Room condition suit with budget hotel 4. No telephone provide.
