The service are very good, very quiet and the healthy environment. the room, its amazing with the balinese concept. Relaxing.... The view, the seabreeze just magnificient. the room is nice n the staffs is very helpful and friendly.... The room is very spacious and comfortable; complete with all tbe basic amenities such as big beds, long bath tub, mini fridge, etc. There are also ample parking lots.all reviews »
l like the room size and one king and one queen bed in the room. I like the breakfast too. The surrounding is very windy and convenient. the room was excellent, with a good size bath tub with an open air shower, a day bed and king side bed as well.The view and the environment around the hotel make me feel very relaxand comfortable. Very nice place for holiday. The room features and size. The view was excelent. relaxing and comfy. comfort, peaceful. the seaview. The beach is extremely dirty due to the on-going contruction work of chalets. The swimming pool size is too small. The beach is not very nice.Arriving at 3 pm and then waiting 45 mins more before being able to check in. No beach for the resort, the swimming pool is small and the gym was under renovation. Not many options of restaurant, cafe, bar or pub... Maybe the directionis not clear...The room service was slow, please get them to do it fast. have to walk about 300metres to get into room. few available restaurant. The floors and lifts were constantly wet.slow service and maintenance (Room door spoiled, shower head - broke and toilet bowl - couldn't flush). Took more than 1 hour to attend to all problem. The buffet breakfast spread was poor and had not much taste!. Outdoor activities - no cycling area (hire bicycle and cycling aound theChalet area) and table tennie (bat and ball have to pay rental). front counter , cashier not friendly ( cashier ). lack of facilities, even Gym and Sauna not ready for use, and like massage , SPA services not available. Check in and check out taken so long. Heater for the shower wasn't working, drainage for the bathtub was faulty and toilet couldn't flush. Called for room service at 11pm, but no one picked. Hit the button for them to call back, but it didn't occur. I called again at 12.45am and was reminded that their food service closed at 1am. They took my order but somewhat reluctantly. The coffee hse couldn't seat all the guests during breakfast. No beach. the room has uncomfortable smell. toilet is dirty. has cockroaches and lizard.
