the service the treatment of the staff to me was very good they made feel like I am special. Convenince to do shopping. No commends. Near to a mall. hitech, computer control TV programs. the hotel charges is misleading, i thought the rome rate is nett but when i check in the cashier attent to me say i have to pay extra 10% services charges and 5% govt tax which is very misleading to me, bec. the booking list says service charges and VAT is included. i had an arguement with the cashier and finally she discounted for me.
