all reviews » Very good location near to Cenang Beach with a spacious room. Come with great facilities provided including swimming pool. The whole setup was very nice. Swimming pool was at the right place. We really enjoyed through out our stay there. near to underwater world duty free shops lots of eating stalls with various variety of food. near to cenang beach. Location is great. Near shopping mall, easy to get food & Water World is just in front of the hotel. the receptionist was great she was so sweet and was a great help to us in every way we needed help. The hotel is good and near to the beach, free duty shop and so many food stall around. staff Landcons is very excellent.. the room situable for me and brother very very nice. At least if have 2 separate keys would be convenient. 4) no place to hang and dry wet clothes (should provide one). Experienced blackout as early as 6.45am. Electricity not restored as it was an external power cut & the hotel don't have functioning power generator(s). The toilet in my room a little bit dirty especially in the corner of tile. Have to get out from room to get hot water to drink & share iron outside of our room. can be a little busy but its a small price to pay when considering the location. 1 thing..... some places at Langkawi is not clean and don't have any pantauan from Majlis Daerah Langkawi. I'll hope they can focus to clean up more. Some parts of the hotel need repairing. the room got ant.... Not clean in the bathroom. No mini bar as mentioned, wifi access super low signal, cant access at all. Bathroom water drain hole stuck and smelly. Aircond not so cold. WiFi was available only at reception office. No dedicated swimming pool for children. Room floor was dirty. Lot of ants and insects inside room. We had to argue with staff when we arrived in order to get the minibar although it was mentioned in the room description when we booked. Bathroom towels were not 100% cotton. lack of room services. small room, smelly,. They need to change the tv and improve the tv channels....no reception at all. For a RM 150 room you should at least expect a good tv service and a refrigerator. Lastly, the air condition gave me nightmares...sounds like an old car engine. the interior, furniture is very old...no minibar or electric kettle inside the rooms.... Not much facilities in family room like phone and kettle. room not so clear. - Toilet dirty - swimming pool not suitable for children - corridor very dangerous to children. The wifi connection is low, depend on which part of the hotel you are in. Towel werent changed for 3 nights stay, dustbins werent cleared for 3 nights stay, tv very bad signal. We were given a watery pink liquid that smelled like floor cleaner when we requested to top up the body shampoo. 2. Stains on the bedsheet 3. No phone in the room 4. No fridge in the room 5. Couldnt detect any wifi even though there was supposed to be free wifi. 1- swimming pool, no nice view, limited access 2- room, not sound proof, can hear until next door. Tap Water was Murky when uses for a good 30 seconds Noisy and weird noises in the bathroom Noisy aircon The place is just terrible.. I certainly won't come back after this.. Very dirty rooms With dead cockroaches in bathroom it was disgusting. room furniture and decor was falling apart, bathroom dirt and in need of repair, unchanged bed linens with hairs, blood stains (!!) and stinking. Air con obsolete, dirt and not properly secured.
