I left my chain at the toilet room during check out at noon after few hours before my flight I realize it and lucky one of the staff call said they found it and keep it for me..thanks to the staff for that.and also to the manager becouse being so nice and friendly.. staff reaction toward some issues (leaking air-con - we got another room despite late time); good restaurants & food shop nearby; very attentive staff (we found flowers one day in our room - 1st time in Malay hotel :)); nice swimming pool and area around.

When you are in Green Village，you find Paradise. The environment, not busy, privacy, near to shopping/rest areas, budget friendly, staff accommodating. The service is very good, and the people there are very nice. We felt as if we were at home. friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast and a beautiful green garden with eco- pool. The room was fairly okay, bit different to the description. Was fairly clean although there could be improvements. Complimentary breakfat was included for no extra money but was pretty terrible. My children really enjoyed the swings and the table football game. The room that I booked was too small for my party, but the manager changed rooms for me - thank you. Good wi-fi. Lots of plants. Kids playground. Nice pool. Close to cenang beach with lots of food options. People were nice and helpful. - Courteous staff - value for money especially if you are travelling as a family with kids. Swimming pool. too quite place, might be due to end of the season; we had to walk to the beach (but it was ok and it is stated in the hotel desripition). Someone may be scared by lizard or frog, do not be worried, they will not disturb your vacations here, enjoy the natrual life. Menu for breakfast can be more interesting. A bit too far from the beach. entrance, need renovation and more cheer up. The bathroom floor wasnt tiled and ruins the feeling of bathroom. Didn't feel completely clean the room. Price given in GBP on letsbookhotel.com was very different to ACTUAL exchange rate, and if known how much the exchange differed would have stayed somewhere else for extra money we spent. Breakfast was awful, chicken nuggets!. The advertised gym equipment was mostly broken or not working as it should do. The nearby beach is probably further than 500m away, but is very pleasant when you arrive there. There was an extra rm30 charge per night because it was the school holidays. However the resort was less than half occupied so it could be that the extra charge puts people off. Room may look disappointing when compared to pictures on the Internet. Looked shabby inside and no tv channels to watch. But it was indeed clean. If you don't mind lizards on walls and ants in bathroom, and stay outside most of the time, it's a good deal. Btw, there weren't many options for breakfast. - Away from Pentai Cenang beach (approx. 15 min walk). For all the days we stayed here the wifi did not connect [it was a major reason for selecting this place]. The "resort" is a bit run down [as was the bedding and furniture]. It is further from the beach and town than we expected. Power points for phones etc are not close to the bed and there are not enough of them. should improve outside of the room. 1) room was mouldy 2) 2nd room was in bad shape till my sister in law checked out next morning into another place. 3) rain water flooded the 2nd room. Accommodation. Hotel boasts for spa resort, however there is no spa center. Swimming pool is of very poor quality. Simply said this hotel is overpriced.
