1. 3 Bedroom Apartment - spacious & clean 2.Staffs are very helpful & friendly. 3.Price are reasonable. It is worth the money. 4.Location is strategic as well. Not too far from all the attraction places. Outside of malacca city's traffic and congestion, but easy access into city if necessary. Very good value with free wifi and buffet breakfast. The aircondition didn't work very well. we stayed on 4th floor, there were noises on the roof from midnite till 4 AM. Maybe this place was haunted (mystical thinking) or some foxes dancing on the roof (logical thinking). Hehe. Either way, if you are not bothered by this, go ahead. Somewhat basic (eg cheap floor tiles, old air-con units, variable WiFi) and mostly focused on large government-sponsored groups. 1. The room has a damp smell. Door bell was not working. The hall lights were not working and needs a bulb replacement. Likewise in the living area, the central light was not working. Only two flourescent lamps were lighted. Since it was a one night stay, we did not bother to inform them and we need to sleep. There is a need to have regular maintenance! Surely the cleaners are aware of such faults. No Swimming pool. The air-cond was in poor working condition and tv reception was very blur. No bathtub and no swimming pool. The moment we entered our room, we saw a lizard on the wall behind the bed. Room was very run down. Felt like staying in a low budget hotel. Strange smell in the room.
