Great service, friendly F&B staff, professional FO staff, very helpful hotel manager. the hotel is very good value, convenient for families with small children. I'm very dissapointed with their counter service. Suggest to send them for customer service training. - big stains on the carpet and some smaller on the bed sheets - furniture old. The staff is not polite when serving breakfast. pillows and blanket are smelly, and some insects bite me i believe those are fleas, air conditioner is fixed at the wrong place where cool air hardly reach our bed. I was there in 2005 and 2006 and since then quality of the accommodation went down. too many noise in the night , the ground floor has singer and bar until 1am and many noise caused by the tourist vechile. Stay there when in melaka for past 4 years, high time to upgrade room decor and food menu at restaurant. There should be also option to book hotel room without breakfast as well. quick good. the flash system is out; the bathroom ceiling did not fit properly; parking place very limited; the reception area at 1st floor, you can see the kitchen area when you check in. The door set is not safe at all. the hotel look good in the picture but after i go and stay its very bad room. not value for spend money for room like that. No parking Smelly room Expensive room rate very noisy at night.
