As it is a new hotel, everything looks and feel clean, hopefully it will be like this all the times. They upgrade me to a deluxe room without charging me extra. like the atmosphere true my stay there. The room is excellent, very big and conferteable for 2 adult and 3 kids. Will definitely stay there again. I like the hotel and I stay so many hotels but I can't see such type of hotel its really worth full and food is really delicious.
all reviews » New and modern facility. Good staff at both the front desk and the restaurant. The omelette made fresh for me was excellent. Spacious & comfortable room. Breakfast not much variety but was quite good. Most of the staff were very friendly. Hotel room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Environment is quiet and relaxing. Pool view very great. The wifi connection is only available at the reception. That I felt was not very friendly. should mantion about the kids pool was on mentanen earlier to us. there is no continental food for the foreigners. TV station selection was poor. Only 4 stations to choose from and none were in English. Hotel is new but the toilet ventilation not very good, so it smells. Tv reception very bad, almost all chanels were not clear. No WiFi in rooms. Staff seemed lack of awareness and take initiative to to welcome and serve guest, everything have to ask only they will attened you. No hot shower. TV channel very minimum. Lift untuk pengguna swimming pool terlalu basah. Risau kalau2 terjadi lintar pintas. there is a leakage at the toilet and the toilet bowl cover is a bit dirty. Charge per hour for late check out... tv channel need to improve.. no wifi in the room. The gym was empty.. hugh hotel ..no hot water and way out of town right near the airport ,. You need some souvenir shops located within the Hotel premises. food. Staff not well trained. No additional Extra bed. Only unfriendly pull over bed underneath single bed. Very uncomfortable and not suitable for those who travel with young children. Food during breakfast very limited. No salads. Swimming pool under maintenance and no notice given during booking.
