the hotel stuff were friendly and helpful. the location is close to the monorail which gives you access to the city. the room was clean and comfy. Great location, modern design hotel, everything is in the room (led tv, wifi, ac, ventillator, safe). No tea/coffee making facilities or complimentary drinking water. Should make it available.

Good concept. on our first night there was a cockroach in the room, but happened only once. They tried to charge me for the free wifi. The bedclothes were not clean. Nothing. check-in time is not flexible. They charge you credit card on booking, not when I checked in. I want to pay cash and it was almost impossible to get a credit from them. No restaurant in the evening. very small room, 11 am check out... power goes off. staff were slow and did'nt seem to know what they were doing. rooms were great location was great and staff were great all over enjoyable stay thoroughly recommend. to give more choice of payment or booking details. i don't have credit card. i have visa debit card.and it makes my booking have to be hold until certain period before your website cancel it. 1.No Water to Drink. Keep an Electric kettle in a room. 2. Couldn't borrow an iron when need. Staff told me only one iron they have. buy one more. At times rooms are cleaned as late as 10pm when we were about to sleep. There should be somewhere to hang clothes. No parking provided.have to pay rm39 for 2 days at private parking. Room too dark thus feeling too cramp No fon service inside room,making u feel like u've cut out from outside world Wifi only can be used for 1 device. One elevator is not convenient. facility need to be upgrade. too small room...sorry. Not good enough execution. Service comes a little short, room is a little stuffy and not spanking clean (if basic) as one would expect, sound proofing of the entrance door is very poor, and guests do not always behave with consideration towards others, slamming doors and speaking loudly. It's a matter of preference, but for me it just didn't cut it. Next to the street, very noisy. Bed sheet and toilet bowl dirty. too much hidden cost and it would be the last time i stayed at tune hotel...honestly i realy-realy disappointed with the hotel..
