It is within a 10-minute taxi ride from attractions like Bukit Bintang, Suria KLCC and Petronas Towers. The hotel's library provides a quiet setting where guests can enjoy a wide selection of books. Offering free parking, the hotel also has a business centre and concierge services. The Cosmic Restaurant serves à la carte local and Western dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals can also be enjoyed in the privacy of guestrooms.

Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. The rooms where clean and tidy and we had a great time. So thanks Maple Suite. When we return to KL, I will stay there again. Regards Bernie. Melb Aus.
all reviews The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious. This was a very last minute replacement after deciding that the another night in the hotel originally booked was not feasible! The Maple Suites are pretty accessible, large apartments and were a welcome calm clean space after the previous night in a hotel that doubled up as a brothel. Nice location that takes only 15 mins to twin towers and 10 mins to subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, can fit with 2 families with 2 children. It is recommend to choose Room 03, 05 with nice view, may check with the reception. Very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, great for family. Clean. Close to petronas, KL tower and nightlife/ restaurants. I forget money in the room and contacten the staff. The had found everything and will wire it to me. Honoust and friendly!. the room is very large, clean, comfortable also fitted for 2 family with 2 children, the staff are very helpful and friendly, our room is at 2009, and it has city view also the KL Tower. we loved our stay in here. Wifi at 30 MYR a day, allowing only 1 connection, i.e 1 phone or 1 tablet, is just pricy and annoying. almost nothing, except there's no minimarket around. And if you want to rent car for pick-up from/to the airport, just ask the receptionist to provide. Internet service is not for free at rooms Reception area is very limited. Be careful while walking on this street late nights as they have guys who steal handbags from Ladies. Was not a big problem but the air conditioning was not working at it's optimum but it was sufficient for our trip. The breakfasts in the restuarant were not very good and usually cold. Would suggest this could be greatly improved. WiFi limit places and times. The air cons were very noisy and need some attention and the tv was quite old. Old tv model, free mineral water only in first 2 days, should remind staff for laundry bag. tv-the one in the bedroom was very small tv-generally there were not many channels the whole apartment needed painting. No free wi-fi. The kitchen's utensils lacks quality as well as quantity.We were five and we had only 4 of each utensils and only 4 chairs. nothing. No tea ,coffe and drinking water. the kitchen its too smelly. there were no extra blankets or pillows in the apartment which made it abit troublesome with kids that need a bolster. None. Some taxi drivers do not know the Hotel. The furniture abit outdated. Nothing. The family does not like because near Ramadan `s month and want to hear aadhan. Inadequate cooking pots. A CCTV camera should be placed at the main entrance to spot taxis number plates. Thus information about such taxis can be provided by hotel CCTV system whenever it is needed. Air condition system is definitely in urgent need for maintenance. The furnitures are very old and we must pay for the internet. A deposit of RM100 must also be paid for parking space. The facility could be better e.g. they should provide bottled water complimentary for the money they are charging.
