The location is very closed to Sungei Wang and other well known shopping centres. Within walking distance to various foods outlets. Value for money as I had limited resources and further complaints. I hope future, the .hotel management provide electric kettle and iron for every room. Very good location, room is big, valuable for the money. add more TV station channel.

Excellent value for money, if you want a place just for sleeping. Recently renovated. House keeping was OK. Location and reasonable price, and wifi in lobby, room was okay, and good bed. I like the friendly staff & the room ( big ). Within city vacinity n close to tren. The location. Location. near mrt. The hotel v near to Berjaya Times Square,Sungai Wang Plaza.At nite time,v easy to find foods. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Good location, good staff :). Price. Near to Berjaya Times Square and Monorail...easy access to these areas. Since this hotel is a budget hotel,it almost fullfill my requirement except NO internet access in each hotel rooms. nothing to dislike. 1/ No curtain in the bathroom. after every shower, the whole room is wet. 2/ The door between the elevator and the rooms on the 3th floor was very noisy because the doorbrake did not work. I used the firedistinguisher to block the door and it was more quiet ! 3/ Ask people to close their door in a quiet and silent way..... Insufficient parking and NO signage to indicate hotel parking location.Hard bed & pillow, not comfortable to sleep, only one socket in room, no Wifi. no staff, no Wi-Fi, no/poor service. They do not receive credit cards unless cards have chips on them (didn't really understand why). no other facility, and only accepts credit card with chip insert so other credit cards do not work. I didn't like the carpet floor look unclean & old...suggestion replace with tile. 1.air cond not functioning well 2.towel looks old n Seasoned 3. no cupboard. room facing road side. No breakfast and no wifi in room. The hotel was pretty grotty and grimy. Where they got the pictures I saw before booking I have no idea but they were not accurate. I had difficulty getting hot water out of the shower. A lot of new budget hotel nearby this hotel ,the rate is cheaper than Star Town Inn :P. I do not like the service of staff that taking our key card.Type of service is not good.No wifi in the room.I would like to watch sport channel and the TV is only supply a normal channel.I dislike this hotel. No wifi in the main hall for several days . No refrigerator in the room No wifi in the rooms. Location, window facing carparks and people can see inside room. Shower not hot enough. No electric kettle to get hot water. My last stay with the hotel. .
