5 star environment. the hotel is modern and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.As a four star hotel with the prices offered, this hotel is value formoney. I will stay here again. The bathroom was clean and the bed too.The maintenance service also was very efficient. The air-cond was notfunctioning and about 5 minutes later, they came and fixed it. And thehotel is very near to shopping district.

The helpfull staff and good service. 1) love the swimming pool, its very nice and cozy but theres no bar/lounge next to the pool as shown in your website (LetsBookHotel.com), next to the pool is only an empty space. 2) the bellman and the sexurity guards are very friendly and helpful. excellent food. every one who come from oversease prefer some one can speak english grate.It is full of ambience and the location is good.friendly staff. convenient location.Panorama view from hotel window. I will stay in deluxeroom next time.1) we are supposed to have a welcome drink upon arrival as per our booking, but theres nothing. 2)the front counter staff who checked us in and out (same girl), very unfriendly, didnt smile at or and even didnt looked up to see our face, as a frontliner shes supposed to great guest with smile not with cloudy face. room is very narrow. The room is quite small because the between the bed and the wall, there is no space to walk.too noisy when the opposite room door open and close.Door sound proof no strong enought). Elevators are annoying in that you have to go right down to the bottom floor to get security if you want to go to level 9 from level 21, so down and back up, thendown and back up again!. It was difficult to walk around the bed - ie very small room.Yes. Room advertised as 'spacious' was so small it I had to squeeze pastthe bed to get to the window. It had a desk but no chair, no telephone,over hal;f the lights didn't work and the tv had no English newschannels. One of the two rubbish bins had not been emptied after theprevious guest. The restaurant was mediocre - food certainly edible, butnot great. The location is nice.room service. I asked for hair dryer - never got it.seriously just disappointed with the front desk staff as 2 me there is jus no basic customer service frm them not even a basic good morning which mean no acknowledgement frm them 2 us as their guest..it is a nice beautiful hotel but it jus not location friendly...2 far inside n for overall there is no basic customer service tt disappoint us very much.The nearest LRT station for me is Masjid Jamek not Dang Wangi. Staff not really friendly.. what they have to do is just put more smile on the face and dont be so choosy between local and foreigner.. Yes, (1) paper distribution was no standard...I Received my N/paper on1st day but non the following day..Reception staff told me it have to berequested but no information about it earlier...(2)Laundry list say"same day service" but I only manage to get my laundry on the nextday..(3) Staff (cashier) insincere my bill was rm741 but she trying toask for rm800++ which I query a lot to her then. room was terribly small and that really put me off.an aircond like a hotcond, very bad and make me cant sleep with comfortable.Hotel room is too small. Swimming pool area may not be available for hotel guests sometime base on my experience.Rooms are too small for "deluxe". We had warned about early arrival and late checkout, but they ignored it. The personnel was not helping and even rough. There was no balcony and there was no hot water!!! They forgot to fill a minibar and have offered one dressing gown for two people.the room is full of bugs, for example coackroach. I try to change the room but nothing to do.
