1. Location ! It's super close to LRT, KTM,monorail and bus stations. U can go EVERYWhere in KL from this place. Great location makes our trip less tiring and confusing in a new place.. I love this location!!

Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.
Good location being close to the kl Sentral Railway station and shopping
mall and the monorail station. Metro system very easy to use and
reasonably priced journeys. The airport express direct to kl Sentral
station is very convenient indeed. Good facilities in the rooms and the
breakfast arrangements catering well to Asian tastes (I love Malaysian
food) but perhaps less so to Non-Asian tastes but still it was
reasonable.
Value for money, with facilities (satellite TV, WiFi, AC) all working well, and room very clean. Twin-bed room roomy and comfortable. No frills but complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. Great location, a couple of blocks from Central Sation and located in Little India area, amid variety of restaurants and small shops, in one of which I found - and bought - the most beautiful sari I have ever seen in my life!.
The location was great, it is situated less than 5 minutes walk to the kl sentral and monorel station which will enable you to move easily to all parts of kl.
Easy access to food and a few 24 hrs convenient store.
We event get to watch our favourite EPL match in one of the restaurant.
The staff were good they help us to change room without any extra cost as our room was a bit stuffy.

The location is very close to the main train station that you could go on foot to catch the train and even bus to anywhere in Kuala Lumpur.

Hotel rooms are clean and spacious, it is quite enough to sleep well. Great location just near kl sentral, easy access to lcct airport via skybus or aerobus, especially in night time or early morning. 24h Mcdonald close by, and metro station just 20 meters away. Many minimarket shops around, cheap laundry in Ymca.
I have stayed at your hotel before and so booked again. This was for a one night stopover when travelling on Air Asia from Australia to Hong Kong.
My wife and I found that the location was easy walking distance to and from the Central bus station. And that the room and breakfast suited our needs well.

I have always found this hotel so convenient, walking distance to to the monorail station & Sentral station. The price I paid is good. As long as the price remains in this bracket I will always use it & certainly recommend to my friends, which I have already done.
Room is simple and clean especially the toilet. Shower is hot enough. KL monorail just in front of the building. Once the new shopping mall done, you don't have to walk far to KL sentral, which is very convenient to get transportation for airport, bukit bintang etc.

Great location, friendly staff, good value. I'd recommend to anyone staying in KL. Hotel right behind KL Sentral Station. Can get around the city cheaply and fast using public transport. Good deals for city transport travel cards available at the station.
I like the location. It is centrally located and you can reach out to any part of the city from it. I also like my room, just appropriate for me. I don't like unnecessary extravagance. We need to think about the need of others.
Location is essential for traveler like me. vicinity to KL Sentral makes it easier for me to travel anywhere. Even though, my duration in my room is not that long, the housekeeping keep my room clean, Thump up the department.
Their staffs was very friendly--especially a young chinese boy who handled my check in--, so lucky the room type that we choosed (superior room) was fully booked then they upgrade it to deluxe room at the same price ^^.

Close to sentral station for an early airport bus was perfect. Good
indian restaurant close by open all night long, we arrived at 12pm and

The breakfast wasn't something to look forward to in the morning, but if you enjoy Malaysian type breakfasts, this place could do the trick. The sink in our room was leaking (rotting a bit). Also, the air conditioner let out some type of black debris while it was in use. This negative opinion was for the first time we stayed at the hotel. The second stay was an improvement with NO issues with the facilities or the bedroom!.
Although the hotel is physically quite close (perhaps 10 mins walk or
less) to the kl Sentral Railway Station where the Airport Express
terminates, actually navigating to the hotel is quite confusing. The
hotel could help by giving explicit directions E.G. go down one level
immediately after leaving the rear of the station then walking to road
junction and crossing on the pedestrian lights taking the next road left
down to the hotel.

It was in KL Sentral, near Indian town, so it was quite difficult to find a good restaurant nearby for us.
Budget rooms a little bit small, without windows, but you can get to used to it.

Express rooms are not in the main coridor, they're in other side of the building (right side after main door). It's feel like hidden rooms with reserve guest.
The hotel is not located in the safest of areas. If you are out and
about at night, take a taxi back to the hotel rather than public
transport. If travelling by taxi, make sure you state that you want to
go to Hotel Sentral near kl Sentral. (There is another Hotel Sentral in
Pudu and you may end up doing a detour there if you are not specific
with the address).
