the facilities and ambience. the room is very cozy. the bed is very comfortable. the toilet is not spooky at all. it's very bright and the deco is simple and nice..the location of the hotel is immaculate...It's centrally located in the exceedingly busy shopping/restaurant area of Butik Bintang.The room is clean and the nicely design bathroom.high strong during stay and very good view which i can see KLCC and KL tower. This didn't bother me from sleeping, but if could be a problem if you're sensitive. the parking access. When we checked in we were told that our specific room requirement per our booking was not available, i.e. a large bed and nonsmoking room. We had to get the manager involved and we ended up having a pleasant stay.No tean/coffee facilities in room. Broadband soes not extend above 13th floor. Only the loud music at night from the neighborhood, and a toilet that wouldnt flush properly at first..but was fixed very quickly .Too small for the price we paid.Brighten the room a little. I find it too dim..Had problem with some of the front desk staff as one staff member's English was very poor and did not know how to acknowledge my deposits, which resulted in a long and not too pleasant conversation. Room service (it was delayed), breakfast (some items were not freely accessible, you had to ask for them, and you received a ration on those!). Too noisy at night. There were bars and pubs downstairs and music was roaring.The parking very far. Lobby area. Gets crowded and not much seats.Street bands play their music loudly until 2am. Staff ought to advise guests of this at check-in.The air -con was too cold. It took too long 4 us to get our room. We were there at 1pm although check in was 2pm,we requested for an early check-in which was denied becos the room apparently was not ready yet. So we went for lunch but when we were back from lunch past 2 pm, the room was still not readly! We had to wait at the lobby till almost 2:30 before we got our room.noise room at 3 floor, room face directly at the lift. 1)very noisy during night period. 2)no parking,have to park ar low yat plaza. 3)we want to extend until 1pm also can not 4) the check out time at 12pm, but at 11.15am, the housekeeper already ring our door bell to ask us to check out. actually what kind of hotel is it? bad service! i also a hotelier, work in hotel line also, and i stay in hotel every month at least one day.this hotel is bad.
