strategic location especially if you stay during the weekend as you get to enjoy the saturday night market along the back of the hotel. walking distance to sogo and enjoy the jalan TAR shops. easy access to other shopping malls via LRT at masjid jamek station which is only 5 minutes walk. food at zam zam restaurant adjacent to the hotel is delicious and reasonable at price. friendly staff and the maintenance people responds to your requests almost immediately.
all reviews I am suppose to stay for 3 nights, however I hv to shorten my trip and requested the hotel to amend my booking. However, the hotel was unable to help as I book thru letsbookhotel.com. I wrote to letsbookhotel.com and my request was approved. Thank you to letsbookhotel.com for accommodating my request. Rooms are very clean. Independence square, sogo shopping complex, Masjid Jamek LRT stations are in walking distance. Bird park and Lake gardens are located in 10 mins taxi drive distance. Opposite to the Hotel u can find a good biriyani restaurant called Insaf Restaurant,. The hotel location is not difficult to find. It's near the KL city centre gallery and Merdeka square. The hotel room is very clean even though the room is quite small. They even provide Sajadah and praying time schedule for Moslem. i love staying in this hotel..managed to go shopping on foot!!such a paradise..to save money on food..just go to Kg Baru ..scrumptious,delicious food sold at the stalls..a lot of varities at a very reasonable price.. The location is great. Room is very beautiful with all I need is there; iron, board, prayer mat, safety box and a small fridge. TV comes with many channels. Not to mention the wifi is extremely superb!. Near to shopping area, nice design, room facilities of a high-end budget hotel (high speed free wifi, safe deposit, comfortable bed & room, iron & board in room, hair dryer, nice shower). It was alright. Just that it run out of toothbrush but the 7-11 wasn't far, so I didn't mind exploring a little. In all, service is good & I'll be glad to come back KL & stay in Frenz. The hotel is very near to my favourite shopping places like Jekel, Semua House,Sogo n other fabrics n muslims female outfits n scarfs at those shops along jln bunus n jln masjid india. The room is cosy, clean though compact without windows. The staff maintained room cleanliness and the bedding is comfortable. Housekeeping staff and porters are wonderfully helpful. Rm20 for every entrance from 12am to 12 pm and you have to pay rm40 if you stay for one night but still worth due 24hrs operating with watchmen. Limited breakfast, but so what?. The bathroom door. It will be more comfortable if the bathroom door is located to the right side to make it easier for the customer to use the toilet. Too near by the roadside & its pretty noisy early in the morning as traffic starts & my room was located in lower floor. No parking in the hotel premises. The bathroom next to the bed <><>. 1. Wardrobe should always be cleaned 2. No hanger for bath towel after used. the floor and some facilities are a bit dusty. Sheets were not clean. Breakfast should be included in price but was not (breakfast restuarant was closed, no breakfast served). Room has no window. Other room people's children's noise in the corridor.. sometimes though.. Some of d counter people not very friendly n no smile. But d concierge men are very good n helpful. I like them. Other than that its ok. Request made prior to arrival not even mentioned by reception (don't know whether they are aware or don't bother). I dont like no face towel n no window. Unfriendly staff. Bathroom can be improved (a bit transparent). No mirror in the room except in Bathroom. The Restaurant are not clean enough. Noise from next room becouse connection doors between rooms.
