Very friendly environment and near to the city centre. Hotel very cheap for the location. Beside a small shopping complex which enable us to find food and stuff easily. Very near to several local food restaurants (one 24h fast food and a 24h restaurant). a nice hotel with good facilities in the room and outdoor activities. got an active mosque as well. a unique feature of a such hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Syariah compliance hotel,, praying Jumaat beside the swimming pool and extra pillows in the room. size of the rooms, swimming pool. friendly staff. keadaan bilik yang bersih dan harga berpatutan. Everything was great..Luv the room very much.. five days I stay there ... everything good. Staff friendliness. They are superb!!. very relaxing n nice... Very clean. The food & hospitality, Islamic syariah compliance, Halal Certified F&B excellent for Muslim traveller. clean room, good size, feel big value for money free parking free lobby wi fi. Good service by Front Office staff. location, spacious rooms. The sales staff is good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was nice. The location. Can improve on the room facilities but it is quite fair for the price. Need to improve on the wifi inside rooms. the choice of food during sohoor was very few ( i stayed during ramadhan season). no water hose for istinja but the water pail was provided. old furniture. All facilities and family during my stay there were treated well by the staff of the hotel and I was very satisfied with the co operation given .. occurs only once at the place where my car parking with relatively coarse reprimanded by one of his security guards when trying to put the car say where at that time the car park is full ... should not it be wrong for a little gentle with me and a good example for customers. Room cleanliness can be improve even though it's an old hotel. nothing.. It's like a Islam hotel..should change the concept of the hotel. Some of the facilities or furnitures quite badly re furbished look. would be nice to have even a small GYM but for what we pay maybe we are asking too much. Expensive. No value for money. Facilities in the room limited. No iron & board, hairdryer, soap, bath mat etc. not clean room, slow not interested staff. Glasses in room dirty. Hotel need a good clean. The front desk need to be more professional, check before asking the guest questions. Resevation take long time about 1 h, also price stated during booking difrence during check out. The breakfast was horrible. We didn't pay extra 30 plus RM to get so little food. They didn't check on the food during breakfast and there was not enough. Also there were some tourist in the same hotel that hogged the breakfast place for hours, not letting others sit. The service is slow. Very noisy at night, can't sleep almost every night i was there. Not recommended.
