Location wise as near to the shopping centre. never get hungry at mid night, as right near a lots shop, restaurant and street food.

Hotel Charge 10 MYR for 1 Luggage for per night we paid 50 MYR for 5 Bags. This will be the main reason that I will not stay in this hotel again.

There was renovation carried out in level 4 while we were staying in level 3. Due to that we have to deliberately leave hotel room in order not to have headache and anger due to the noise.

During my stay at corona,when I called the reception for any enquiries,they doesn't know how to respond.they even hung up the phone without answering my question.this really pissed me off.the etiquette for answering the phone is so bad.make me wait for a few minute then hung up.
No floor carpet..
The cleaner is too verbal. Should be more concern on choice of words n body language. Aircon unable to adjust the speed. Was frezzing cold all the time.
Room door is a bit thin as hallway can be heard very well. Facility a bit old...
Was asked every time to go down from room to reception for any simple additional service like local calls or international adaptor. Why room dial facility restricted?
Also no travel guide facility to guide how to go around. Bus/rapid transit/mono rail etc,except taxi.
AIrcon temperature cannot be controlled, poor TV reception, limited choice of breakfast items.
Hotel is nearly the end of road. There isn't much tv channel for entertainment.
The photos in the internet was not the same with the room.
The furniture is really old and there is construction work going on next to the hotel and is dusty and noisy, but if you don't plan to spend much time in the room is ok.
2 out of 3 days there was no internet connection and we didn't get any refund for this inconvenience.
