Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the
previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When
I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a
big smile. I booked two rooms for two nights and I am very satisfied
with the cleanliness and the size of the room (not too small, not too
big. Just a nice size). My room was at the 7th floor where I could see
nice view of klcc and twin tower. Plus, the hotel is close to lrt
statio. all reviews
I enjoyed my stay. Worry especially when my two daughters decides to go shopping on their own, they can easily get off the LRT and just walk back to the hotel. It is safe as the places outside of the hotel are always full of people,.
Its location close to MRT Station. In front of the hotel there is a lot of souvenir seller, then the hotel is close to Central Market, Petalling street also. For shopping mania, i think its really nice .. ^^.
The location was good - close to the metro. Nice breakfast and happy
hour for lunch till 2:30 pm - cheap and drinks and dessert included.
There was Internet free of charge but slow.
humble staff, the station is near only 1 min walking from hotel(sgt dekat dg stesen), budget shopping for little india(murah di pasar india), nice room(kamar nyaman), sesuai budget.
Staff helpful even when busy during peak period and approachable. Value for money stay with buffet breakfast in the package. Been coming back past four years!.

The area of the place has a lot of shopping area. The breakfast was absolutely great! will be looking forward staying there again.

The best Part is citin hotel is in the nearest place to Jamek Train
station .. I traveled all over by Train and took Bus from Train station
.. And Mini Market is around Hotel .. Last The Gate keeper ( mr gori )

The room is not sound proof and therefore I could hear the voice of people talking next door.
I rather confused when looking in front part of the hotel. There is a sign to go there but not too clearly, and unpredictable thing is i must through souvenir seller to reach there.
I booked a room with one bed and insisted this upon check in but anyway
got a room witn two beds. The window was not tight enough and there was
a mosque closeby so you can hear loud prayers few times a day starting
from very morning like 6 am. Be prepared to have a room without window
as they wanted to give me such a room.
No breakfast, even letsbookhotel.com said it include breakfast. I need to pay for breakfast. it is not good.
Lack of dining space during breakfast.
HK Dept apparently lack of staff ( a roomboy to make 30 rooms a shift ?) - no smiles except from FO staff - security staff in the evening was more hospitable than the one in the morning.
The entrance of the hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in between the bazaar.
TV Channel in my room not clear.Specialy for TV1, TV3 and TV2.
Room walls, blankets and towels seem to be "overused". Someday they were of white colour, but right now are something greyish... but clean.
Difficult to find. It's behind the streetmarket.
Wifi is not available in the room through out the stay less choice of channels and most of the channels were distorted.
Counter service not so good...i have to go to the counter 4 to 5 times to activate the scan card to open the room door and there was no tv remote control on the day I check in...

the method of payment are complicated and need the improvement.
1. The food especially for the breakfast, its not good to have a spicy
food in the morning.
2. The staff not so friendly.
No towel provided. Been asking for towel twice, but still not given any till our last day. Pillow case not change when we first arrive there. Wifi, the connection is on off.
While I stayed from 14 july to 16 july 2013,, nite time. Mosquitoes can enter the room,,.

The Worst thing desk Staff is not very Much friendly , I don,t enjoy lot
with them .. And they are not giving micro-wave in room Either .( when
you are with Family ).
Quite small rooms, not that clean blankets. I reduced the period of stay, and then they charged me 119RM per night pls 119RM penalty, so it was too expensive. You can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.
The towels are terrible more like rags. Bring your own towels if you wish to stay here.
There is a shortage of housekeeping staff i think because they do not make beds fast and I had to wait a while before I can check in.

The room's safe is not working. The window leaks and wet the carpet
when it rain. Towels not so clean.

There are no parking facility at the hotel, very difficult to get a cab,.
The towels need to change, wifi doesn't seems to work, no tissue box only toilet roll & no mini fridge. Pls check the tv before the guest check in to make sure it's clearly visible.
I was waiting for checking almost 30 minutes. Breakfast was good but there were not enough table for all the guest, we have to wait for table and there was no arrangement for queue up.
The washbasin took a longer time to drain. washroom was leaky. take soap.
noise from adjourning rooms esp.after 10.00pm and children running down the corridors.
