Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff. My mom left assorted items of souvenirs inside the elevator & never expected that she could still recover said items thru the honesty of the staff. Thank you so much. the location of the hotel is in bukit bin tan...from where times square , low yat market and mrt is closeby. the rooms are very clean and nicely maintained.......from the room menara tower was visible. just infront of the hotel there was "rashna bilash restaurent" - whichs food was mind blowing.
The location of the hotel was excellent. Very convenient to get food around the area. On weekends, the area is bustling with night life. Walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion, Sungei Wang Plaza. There is a food place just beside the hotel where you can get cheap and good food.
The description of the hotel and services were accurate. Location was excellent for shopping and good food. Also, we booked it at the very last minute, receiving a very good price.
The best location for singles and non conservatives. Higher floors could
be cleaner. I recommend this hotel.

Good location - it took us 30 min to walk to Petronas towers (to the north-east) and 30 to the colonial buildings and chinese market (to the south-west).
The location is good, its perfect for those who like night life and shopping. considering the price, it was clean and the facilities were good.
The environment and facilities provided was fair as there are some lights in our room that are not functioning which make out room pretty dark.
Some staffs were friendly. But the one who attended to me with regards to the tv was abit rude.
Its good enough for few days..and you can say its what you would expect from 3 stars hotel.

The double bed was a tad too small and the mattress wasn't too comfy.
Noise - but that is what you get for that area as we stayed there the night before a public holiday.
Car park for guest too small. Only cater for less than 10 cars.
TV poor, reception weak, no cable channels, shower in bathtub.

First night we could not get a Smoking Room. Air conditioning control would not adjust the temperature.
Minor smoke in the non smoking floor. Toilet semiblock with water coming out occasionally from the drain of the floor. Wifi not stable.
Not much,only bout the restaurant for breakfast.its not complete.
Overhead shower head installed into the wall hence no handle to hold the nozzle for bathing except by standing under the shower head.

Only thing is the tv programs only carter for India, Muslim n jap. Seldom get to watch Chinese programs... Not so good as night time when we rest in room n there r not much varaity of programs.

Room rate slightly expensive especially when no breakfast is provided at such rate.
Staffs blamed guest for spoiling tv. Was asked to pay RM300 for damage costs. Only reduced price when told them that it wasn't our fault. But still had to pay RM100 for the damage. Won't be staying at this hotel ever again.
Our room was not cleaned on the 4th day. We stayed there a totalled of 5 days.
But when I called housekeeping to bring clean towels for the day they didn't clean, the assisted promptly.
The Room Furnishing are quite run-down; especially the Toilet Bowl was "blocked" and can't be flushed down though we tried a few time.

Mattress, pillow and bed sheet are times to change new. no more bathtub as to the reality no one would like to have relaxing shower anymore. Improve the water heater PLS.

difficult to park car underground and drive way to underground car park is too narrow to drive in.
cannot allowed customer to upgrade room when there neccesarry need. Lacking amenitis. Like toothbrush and tootpaste. No mineral water on the room.
I asked for a non - smoking room which was not available. Hotel staff was nice enough to offer me a preview of a smoking room on a lower floor which was ok, else I have to wait at least 45 mins for my room to be ready. The hotel room floor was dusty and kettle was faulty. Toiletries provided were very limited and only bath towels were supplied.
noisy, maybe it is Friday night. dark lane but it is alright to walk through the main road.
From Hotel to Shopping Malls, Approach Streets are not Fit for Families.
The car park too small and the room i book is DELUXE TWIN ROOM so should be got TWO single beds but they give me DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM which is ONE queen size bed.

old firniture,we find socks inside the bed covering sheet,below was smell bad.

No hot water, just luke warm or even less than that. Tutors and
"handlers" at entrance at night. You feel not safe!.
Entrance for the basement parking allocated for the guests really small. It is impossible even for a sedan car to make a turn in one go. Security guard was yelling at us instead of helping us when we told about parking issue. Meanwhile the Concierge replied "I don't know" to us when we brought up the same issue.
