Forget to make up my room after I come back for awhile
The facilities are too old
The 3 pin socket height is too high. Not user friendly for example when you want to charge handphone or boil water
The SOP is too weak.
Poor toilet and bath facilities. The hotel is old and worn.
Information not accurate. letsbookhotel.com should valuate information given
by their parties providing accommodation on their website. Information
says location has a bar and restaurant. Both does not exist. Closest
restaurant is a good 10 to 15 minutes walk. As these is not the first
time I have booked via letsbookhotel.com with incorrect information. I may not
consider future booking via your website if such cases keep occurring.
not as picture shown on internet, manything are old, broken and not well taken care. Aircondition not good enough.
It was not same as appeared in the photos. Swimming pool is unable to use due to the poor maintenance.
