Clean room , towels and very accommodating staff. Loved the location and felt secure and comfortable . Air con good , shower pressure good ! Close to waterfront and night markets, easy walk to the jetty to go to the islands for the day. strategically located in the city centre. a small room with a reasonable price i pay. If check-in on saturday, the gaya street sunday market is just behind.
all reviews » I appreciated the excellent cleaning and good service. During my stay for 22 days I found Pantal Inn I found a very good choice for the money. Near to Gaya Street and easy to find foods. Convenient place, space room. The stuff is really nice=D. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. the stay at Pantai Inn is good for money value, its very convenience place as its situated at middle of town, near to taxi & bus station.the wi-fi connection is quite okay.besides, my first visit was welcomed by the friendly staff & helpful one. the cleaner also polite. the toilet facilities is okay & in good function. the twin-bed room also spacious, clean & comfort. 10 minute walk to the Jetty 5 minute walk to Wisma Saba where scuba junkie is located Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, you have to walk to back streets. Very clean, location in the town area and next to the nice restaurant. Also within the vicinity of the famous Sunday market in Gaya Street. I choose the hotel for their family room. value for money, Safe, clean and comfortable. Room pretty small , but we were hardly in our room so it wasn't a problem. room is a little run down especially the shower room. The wifi connection was not so good many times. Sometimes good signal but no connection They should find out the technical problem. I ordered room with 3 single beds, but they gave me the twin room! We three persons had to sleep on 2 beds for the first night and in a family room for the rest of days:(. The room was a bit small. No electric kettle inside room. Hot shower heater inside the room not functioning properly. below average tv services.. Tv services not good enough. the interior is a bit old, if it was improved then perhaps customer will feel more comfortable. the surrounding is noisy & you can hear people conversation next room.the TV is so small & no remote control provided.there's no electric kettle provided & its an inconvenience for customer. The bathroom could have been cleaner...but I have to admit that I do have a pet peeve about bathrooms, I've worn slipers in every shower in Malaysia. So while it may be clean enough for some, my ocd prevents me from giving it a positive review. The room is small. No drinking water neither the electric kettle is provided but you may call the reception and they will send to your room. Neither remote controller for the air-cond is available in the room so you will have to call the staff at the reception in case you need to adjust the temperature. toilet a bit water leakage. Reception is friendly, but not very good English. the room is too small. at first we booked triple room, however they informed that it was full then change into twin room + extra bed for 3 of us. But the room is too small & wifi in room is always poor. Very noisy at night. We were kept awake till midnight by the music from the local bar. Also a vehicle (something like a drain cleaner) was outside our room at about 3am making a large amount of noise. very basic. Like living in a closet.
